1. Shipment Initiation Timeline
At Mamas Planet, we strive to get your items on their way as quickly as possible. The initial phase of your order involves internal checks, packaging, and dispatch.

Internal Processing & Packaging: 1-3 Business Days
Shipping Days: Monday – Friday (Excluding Public Holidays)

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for all destinations:

Standard Shipping (FREE): 6-7 Business Days
Express Shipping ($9.99): 5-6 Business Days

United Arab Emirates, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Import Duties, Taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are typically collected by the courier or postal service upon delivery.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods on all customs forms.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
